This one was cool - The Jesus Lizard/Nirvana split single came out in 1993 on Touch and Go. The tracks were exclusives at that point. There were three vinyl versions: a black U.S. 7", a blue UK 7", and an Australian picture disc. The black and blue 7"s aren't too hard to find - the prices have been creeping upward, but they aren't bad. The picture disc is a little tougher. There were 1,500 copies of that one (no confirmed numbers for the other two editions). The picture discs came in clear PVC sleeves (boo), some of which had black stickers on them, while others had red. These stickers seem to have lost their adhesiveness over time - a lot of them have fallen off. I feel like the red sticker is a little more scarce than the black one. It doesn't seem to make a huge difference in value. The picture disc has been appreciating more quickly than the other two versions. There was also a version of the blue 7" that came with a poster - that one seems to be scarce and very valuable. People have been going nuts for posters the past few years. In addition, there were CDs in the U.S. and UK, as well as a U.S. cassette version.
